The Offices of Paul Supple offer a broad range of immigration law services throughout Orange County and Riverside. We work with you throughout the immigration process to ensure that you are protected. Please reach out to our Office to learn more about what we can do for you!

I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

 Use this form if you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) and you need to establish your relationship to an eligible relative who wishes to come to or remain in the United States permanently and get a Permanent Resident Card (also called a Green Card).

I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

 Adjustment of status is the process that you can use to apply for lawful permanent resident status (also known as applying for a Green Card) when you are present in the United States. This means that you may get a Green Card without having to return to your home country to complete visa processing.

I-751: Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

Use this form if you are a conditional permanent resident who obtained status through marriage and want to apply to remove the conditions on your permanent resident status.

  • You are a U.S. citizen;
  • You and your fiancé(e) intend to marry one another within 90 days of your fiancé(e)’s admission to the United States on a K-1 nonimmigrant visa;
  • You and your fiancé(e) are both legally free to marry (this means you both are legally able to marry in the United States and any previous marriages have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment); and
  • You and your fiancé(e) met each other in person at least once within the 2-year period before you file your petition.
